While our group classes are not Physiotherapy sessions, our lead instructor is a registered Physiotherapist, bringing a strong understanding of movement and the human body to her teaching. She leads our Beginner, Gentle Flow and Mums N Bub’s classes, providing thoughtful guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment.
For those seeking more individualised support, she also offers private 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions under Physiotherapy. These sessions may be eligible for private health fund rebates, depending on your level of cover. To enquire about Clinical Pilates, please contact us via email.

I started at Mind Flow Pilates on 31 March with the 3 class introductory special, and honestly I nearly wanted to cry just doing something good for myself. As a middle aged curvy mum, it felt like a big step in self care and being more aware of looking after me so I can be the best for those I love. In the first few weeks I could only manage one class a week, but I looked forward to every session. It’s only been 16 sessions and I am already so much stronger and more confident. At the beginning I needed balance poles, and now I don’t need them at all. I am now attending twice a week and aiming for three. My first class with Indali left my muscles fully activated and I could feel it for a few days, in the best way. I joined through the personalised intro promotion, which included a 30-minute 1:1 session plus 3 group classes, and it was honestly the perfect way to ease back into reformer Pilates. At 30 weeks pregnant, I was feeling a little nervous about getting started again, but Jen made the whole experience feel so safe, welcoming, and supportive. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and gave me personalised alternatives that suited my body and stage of pregnancy. Hi I'm Jen!
Founder of Mind Flow Pilates and certified APPI Pilates instructor. I am also a Physiotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical rehab experience as well as a Lymphoedema Therapist. I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and positive in both the body and mind. My Physiotherapy background shapes the way I cue and think about movement. Interest in the human body and exercise have been common themes throughout my career.
I’m a mum of two beautiful boys, wife, dog mum and personal development lover. I understand the juggle – the changes our bodies go through, the need for balance and the importance of taking time to reset. I’m a big believer in balance and I love to keep it real. Also a chocoholic, coffee enthusiast and love a good belly laugh. I’m excited to meet you, share my wisdom and build genuine connections with every one of you! xx
